Return and Exchange Policy

We are proud of our products quality and are pleased to offer our customers a 30 day, risk free trial period guaranteeing freight paid returns of like-new complete products packed and returned in their original packaging. 

Simply take a picture of the product showing it is in like new condition and packed securely in the original packaging. Send the photos with the below request form to info@officefurnitureamerica.us.

The Return Merchandise Authorization forms will be returned to you for attachment to the packages. FedEx will accept the package, or you can arrange a pickup by calling 1-800-463-3339, and we will issue a full refund within 30 days.

A restocking charge of 30% of the original purchase may be applicable on product that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange the new item will be sent out as a new order.

Affirm Orders

Orders made using Affirm will be refunded through Affirm once the return has been inspected and accepted.

Interest accrued on orders is non-refundable.
